Rex Chatterjee is the founder and managing principal of Titan Grey. A career risk management professional, Rex brings over a decade of US & international experience to bear on solving clients’ toughest issues. Rex founded Titan Grey in order to make large-company risk management tools and techniques accessible to startups and early-stage companies.
Prior to founding Titan Grey, Rex advised businesses at all stages of growth: from day-one startups to large-cap public companies. Rex has advised on a wide range of risk management matters, including employee practices, business process improvement, supply chain management, regulatory compliance, business scaling, new market entry, product innovation, technology management, data privacy, cybersecurity, internal investigations and on other matters.
Prior to founding Titan Grey, Rex served as the Global Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance for a large public multinational corporation in the diversified petrochemicals industry. Rex has also served as the Project Head of a major regulatory risk management initiative at a large international bank, and as General Counsel and Head of Risk for a US-based construction management firm. Rex has held roles as a corporate bankruptcy and restructuring attorney at a New York law firm, and as a risk management consultant with a major global audit & advisory firm.
In addition to his native English, Rex is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Rex holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
