Rex Chatterjee Risk Management Consultant

Rex Chatterjee is the founder and managing principal of Titan Grey. A career risk management professional, Rex brings over a decade of US & international experience to bear in helping clients solve their most complex challenges. Rex founded Titan Grey in order to offer to companies of all sizes and stages of development the types of risk and crisis management tools and techniques more typically found in the world’s largest organizations.

Throughout his career, Rex has advised businesses at all stages of growth: from day-one startups to large-cap public companies. Rex has advised clients on a wide range of matters, including ESG implementation, employee practices, business process improvement, supply chain management, regulatory compliance, business scaling, new market entry, product innovation, technology management, data privacy, cybersecurity, internal investigations and on other matters.

Prior to founding Titan Grey, Rex served as the Global Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance for a large public multinational corporation in the diversified manufacturing industry. Rex has also served as the leader of a major regulatory risk management initiative at a large international bank, as a corporate restructuring attorney at a New York law firm, and as a risk management consultant with a major global audit & advisory firm.

In addition to his native English, Rex is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Rex holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
